Transformational Embodiment

Is an invitation to arrive into a deeply real place within yourself,

to feel genuinely met and seen,

and to discover that more is possible than you currently believe.

How Transformational Embodiment works

Transformational Embodiment gives you a space to slow down, settle and reconnect with the part of you that has been quietly waiting for attention - the part that is ready for a different way of being.

If you have begun to realise that being ‘fixed’ is not how real healing happens and are growing frustrated with working through mindset strategies that only serve to give you more awareness without truly shifting where you really are then this way of working is for you. Our body and soul call to us through feelings of disharmony, symptoms, moods, a sense of tension or not being at ease in our lives, our skin. When you’re longing for a way back to yourself and can’t hold onto the moments of connection you find then lets take the time to soften, open and begin to breathe again in those aspects of being that you year to feel again.

Whether we work together individually or in small groups, my intention is always the same:
to offer a spacious, grounded environment in which you can slow down, soften inwardly, and hear the truth of what’s arising in your body and your life. The effects can be truly transformational.

I’ve been supporting people to reconnect with themselves in a deeper, steadier, more embodied way for decades whilst facing my own burnout, business responsibilities and sole parenting with menopause and neurodivergence and bereavement along the way

I’ve been there and if you want a quick fix I’m probably not the one for you. This work goes deep, is truly nourishing and reaches in to where it really counts and empowers you effortlessly, from the inside out.

What clients often describe after our work:

  • Reduced pain, physically and emotionally

  • Greater self acceptance/less doubt about who they really are

  • A sense of calm and inner peace

  • A greater sense of grounding and internal steadiness

  • A softening of inner pressure or self-criticism

  • More spaciousness and ease in their system

  • A clearer sense of what they need and how to embrace this - things just begin to make sense.

  • A deepened capacity to rest or sleep

  • Feeling more present and connected in daily life, empowered from the inside out to create what they truly want.

  • Relaxation and a more positive outlook.

Transformational Embodiment is a relational process grounded in

  • Resonance and coherence – tracking how different parts of you begin to “speak” to each other again creating greater alignment, harmony and authentic, effortless expression.

  • Structural integrity and responsiveness – sensing where your system can adapt and where it is stuck, depleted or over-organised. Understanding your symptoms and physiology both pragmatically and holistically.

  • Attention to the subtle – giving weight not just to words, but to the quietest cues in your body and wider field.

Together we explore where you are in yourself and in your life. As we work, a deep entrainment can begin to emerge: your system remembers its own reservoirs of wholeness. Patterns that once felt fixed start to soften. The impact of old environments and experiences can gradually unwind rather than silently shaping your health and choices from the background.

If you are used to controlling everything through effort, habits and well-rehearsed coping strategies, this can feel like a challenge but one you are deeply supported to meet, completely on your terms (guided by a deeper knowing you can finally begin to embody).

If you are willing to trust the process, a different kind of intelligence begins to show itself – the same intelligence that underlies all self-organising systems and is responsible for both health and transformative self-realisation.

What makes this work different:

  • Neuro-somatic depth - I work with your nervous system directly, not just your thoughts about it, calling on 30 years of trauma-informed somatic and relational therapy.

  • Embodied - Accessing and embodying wisdom through felt sense and somatic expression and not just understanding.

  • Real-time tracking - Compassionate reading of what's happening in your system and following it in real time.

  • Integration not bypassing - Bringing all parts of you into alignment, not spiritual bypassing. Pragmatic approaches to structural integrity are as important as understanding the language of your soul.

  • Lived authority - Empowering you to trust YOUR knowing, rather than deferring to external validation.
