In Person Treatments and Intensives
-
Drawing on decades of clinical practice these sessions integrate a wide variety of approaches resting on a bed of integrated cranio-sacral therapy - led by the deep embodied knowing at the heart of your being.
-
Cranio-sacral therapy can play a significant part in the pre and peri-natal period of life. Children and young people - including those who are neurodivergent and highly sensitive can also benefit from this very gentle and non-invasive approach.

This is not a quick fix therapy or mechanistic adjustment and therefore shorter sessions may not suit the process that is necessary for true transformation to occur.
As cranio-sacral therapists we view health as an underlying principle, present in all people at all times, akin to an underground river. For various reasons, and in a variety of ways, certain influences and experiences including biological and environmental can lead to this health being restricted or diminished in its flow. Cranio-sacral therapy works with the intelligence present within each and every one of us to reach under these restrictions bringing about a freer and more healthy expression of the true person, leading to greater clarity and in some cases transformation.
Cranio-sacral Therapy is a profoundly effective yet gentle form of therapy. It has a wide range of applications for all ages and for all levels of a person.
It is commonly known to be helpful for babies and young children, especially in dealing with the effects of birth, including pre-natal and post-natal experience and is equally effective in adults for a wide range of physical and emotional conditions.
Cranial work is practiced around the world with a range of variations in methodology and approach. Whichever style and emphasis a practitioner takes, it has the scope to help physically, emotionally, mentally and within the energy systems of a person and this gives it a far-reaching capacity when treating illnesses, or in supporting someone in meeting their true expression of health and well being.
Within the cranial field, I trained with and taught for Thomas Attlee from 1999 - 2009 both in the UK and Internationally, I also have had the great privilege of studying in person at post graduate level with, among others, Franklyn Sills, Michael Shea, Clare Dolby, Giorgia Milne, Ray Castellino, John Upledger, Matthew Appleton, Maura Sills and Wojtek Tarnowski . I have a private practice both online and from my home in Surrey and am part of a collaboration, ‘Blue Turtle Post Graduate Studies’, where we offer courses and themed discussion and draw on a broad range of backgrounds and special interests such as the arts, music, embryology & the human journey into form, brain health & trauma, physiotherapy, visionary aspects of cranial work, the archaeology of the soul’s journey and relational aspects of the therapeutic process.
