Upcoming Groups & Workshops
A 3 part series exploring the patterns and beliefs that shape how you show up with clients.
There is an alchemy that brings practitioner and client together. Both are teachers, both are students. Each with their own story and path of learning.
Discovering the dynamics at play in the relational field is a profoundly therapeutic process for both practitioner and client. Understanding these dynamics through reflective practice empowers us towards safe and effective work that deepens beyond the more tangible aspects of the treatment process.
This series of study groups reflects on the story and process each of us experiences as practitioner. It explores what we learn personally from our work with clients which naturally benefits us professionally and our clients in their journey too.
Embodied Practitioner Mentoring and Professional Development: a shared group experience and 1:1 support.
For practitioners who never stop growing. A space to transform doubts and strengthen self-belief. Inform your innate skills using a deeper understanding of relational embodiment as part of the treatment process. Enrich your Reflective Practice, affirm your Practitioner Identity and build Trust and confidence in your own style and flavour of working. Having somewhere to explore both the therapeutic aspects of our work without ignoring what it is to manage the business end is rare in our field and this group has scope to look at both. Aligning your skills with the deepest intelligence at the heart of our work calls us to reflect on and release what gets in the way. Potentise your already good work by saying yes to that inner voice and truly embrace what you are here to offer.
Recognise and work with burnout in yourself and your clients
Across two spacious and informative days we will explore both practitioner burnout and the ways burnout presents in our clients. Drawing on stress physiology alongside somatic and relational approaches, the course will look at nervous system states, lifestyle pressures, stages of life and the subtle ways effort and coping strategies can either support or exhaust the system. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of fatigue and burnout, greater clarity in recognising its different forms, and practical ways of supporting both themselves and their clients.
Somewhere to Meet - Where Curiosity Can Be Fostered
This is a space where colleagues can come together, conversation can flow, the sharing of stillness can be easy and the field can be shared. Rather than being restricted by specific approaches and schools of thought, we offer an openness to be led by the very system that we work with that has ever-existed long before it was described and given the varied and wonderful constructs that allow us ‘through the door’. We welcome your own flavour and the nuances and themes that spontaneously arise within this community space. We honour what truly reflects the cranial system at the heart of everything.
